Boarding Admission Requirements and Terms & Conditions

Cats must be up to date with F4 vaccinations or have a valid VacciCheck antibody blood test results.
If the cat is unsuited for vaccinations, a valid vet memo is required.
Kittens must be at least 10 weeks old of age at admission and have received at least one F4 vaccination.

The boarding cat must be sterilised if he/she is 8 months or older at admission or showing signs of sexual maturity.
The cat must have recovered from surgery for at least 14 days if recently sterilised.

All boarding cats are required to be protected against external and internal parasites through out the boarding period.
Products such as Advocate, Broadline, Frontline and Revolution may be used.

For access to the play and exercise areas, Boarding Cat is required to have negative test results for FeLV .
Boarding Cat shall be assumed to be positive in the event that:
FeLV testing has never been conducted before
Test results cannot be provided
Boarding cat has unsupervised access beyond Guardian’s home
Boarding cat has engaged in direct physical contact with cats from other households (with unknown and or positive FeLV status) since the last FeLV test.
Boarding cat has shared food/water bowls with cats from other households (with unknown and or positive FeLV status) since the last FeLV test.
Boarding Cats positive for FeLV will not have access to the common play and exercise areas.

Owners are required to complete our Boarding Admission Form and agree to our Boarding Terms & Conditions at least 24 hours prior to check-in.

A physical examination will be conducted at check-in to ensure that the boarding cat is physically healthy and not showing signs of infectious diseases, infections, parasites etc.

Room bookings can be made online at least 2 days prior to intended boarding date.
For urgent bookings, please contact our team directly.
Payment must be made to secure preferred dates.

Check-in time is between 1500 - 1800 HRS daily. Early check-in begins at 1100 HRS.
Check-out time is between 1100-1300 HRS daily. Late check-out may be extended to 1800 HRS.
An appointment must be booked online prior to check-in / check-out.

Cats will be rejected at check-in if they do not fulfil Admission Requirements unless issues can be resolved in short order.

All our rooms come with complimentary services and amenities such as private play and exercise area, daily updates, daily interaction time, daily maintenance grooming, housekeeping and disinfection etc.
Additional services may be requested at additional costs.

In case medical care is required, the hotel will be able to bring the cat to the nearest available vet on behalf of the owner
Over the counter medication for minor ailments may also be administered at the owner’s consent.

Our hotel is able to board cats with chronic / long-term conditions. Please contact our team to discuss.

Cats with known aggression and/or fractious behaviour are required to arrange for an in person assessment at the hotel.

A full refund less 5% processing fee (based on the total amount paid) will be refunded except for cancellations made within 2 days to admission, if cat is rejected at admission, no show and during peak season dates.
Modification of bookings are complimentary.

If the cat is not collected within 24 hours of the agreed collection date and reasonable efforts have been made to contact the owner, the cat will be automatically deemed as abandoned.
