Our team of cat lovers has a combined cat care experience of over 30 years caring for more than 1000 cats over the years. All our team members go through training (in-house and/or through recognised institutions) on cat behaviour and cat health to better provide attentive and quality care for our guests. Passion for animals and knowledge, as well as a strong sense of responsibility are traits we value.

The hotel’s general environment and boarding suites are designed to provide the most comfortable and stress free environment for our guests. Our rooms are fitted out with built-in hideouts, perches, rest areas, exercise and play areas etc. to ensure that our guests have varied programmes to fulfil different needs. Pheromone diffusers are also used to facilitate a comfortable environment.

Built-in features in our rooms are constructed from non-porous materials while soft furnishings such as scratching materials are single use to ensure easy disinfection and minimise potential disease transmission. Medical grade disinfectants are used throughout the hotel - our boarding suites are cleaned twice daily during your cat’s stay and deep cleaned between guest change, common spaces are disinfected after every use.
